Indian Incentive Program

AhtnaSTS qualifies as an Indian-owned economic enterprise as defined under the Indian Incentive Program, FAR 52.226-1.

This program provides a unique opportunity for prime contractors to receive a 5% “rebate” on the amount of work subcontracted to AhtnaSTS, when authorized under the terms of the contract.

The FY 1999 Appropriations Act set aside $8 Million yearly as the amount appropriated for accounts in Title III available for incentive payments to prime contractors and small businesses.
