Description of Work: AhtnaSTS directly assists the Prime Contractor, Raytheon Technical Services Company on the Live training portion of the Warfighter FOCUS contract for Life Cycle Contractor Support at the National Training Center (NTC) at Ft. Irwin, CA; the Combined Arms Collective Training Facilities (CACTF's) at Fort Wainwright, AK as well as Shoot-Houses and Instrumented Ranges at Fort Richardson, AK and Fort Wainwright, AK. AhtnaSTS personnel provide support and services for Training Aids, Devices, Simulators and Simulations (TADSS) and Training Support. AhtnaSTS operates the DMPTR, MPTR, Shoothouses, and the CACTF at Fort Richardson and Fort Wainwright, Alaska to include scheduling; range operation and control; servicing and repair of equipment; parts stockage and ordering; and After Action Review (AAR) production and presentation. At our Ft. Irwin, CA location, we provide MILES equipment installation; MILES contact team support; field video team support including live and recorded video and transmission of that video using both microwave and fiber; AAR theater van operation; video production, video equipment repair, and theater presentations including video and sound presentation; computer maintenance and local area network operation and support; HVAC maintenance, repair, and services for multiple buildings and facilities; and performing depot repair on electronic components in support of the NTC Instrumentation System (NTC-IS). The work at Ft. Irwin, CA also requires us to repair, issue, troubleshoot and warehouse MILES and video equipment. AhtnaSTS also produces the command videos for Ft. Irwin, including recording Change of Command ceremonies, promotion and retirement ceremonies, and production of the Command videos for Ft. Irwin and the National Training Center Operations Group. AhtnaSTS technicians install and remove the portable public address system for all command functions. We also produce information sheets on selected subjects and other photographic products for the command using digital photo capability and editing. AhtnaSTS technicians operate the Closed Circuit Television channel, producing programs, videos, and live and recorded interviews in support of rotations and community activities. AhtnaSTS prides itself on striving to become the number one subcontractor of choice for the Warfighter Training Alliance through providing efficient operations, improving quality of service and making sure that our customers are satisfied. Recently, AhtnaSTS was called upon to "surge" several of our Ft. Irwin, CA employees to Ft. Bliss, TX to assist in resolving technical issues that could have potentially delayed a military training exercise. AhtnaSTS was able to mobilize our employees and have them on the ground within 48 hours and the issues were resolved in time for the training to occur as scheduled. Customer feedback surveys from our most important customer, the Warfighter, are consistently excellent and indicate our achievements in supporting our customers' needs. Comments received include "Staff was always there and wanting to help in every way." and "Seemed to go above and beyond to make sure our needs were met."
